Amazing apartment with great space, finish, and view. Upgraded for anniversary, bottle of wine on arrival. Close to Old Town. Hot tub on roof. Clean, modern, and best views. Cavtat is a sensible choice. Missing it already. Fantastic holiday.

It was located in a lovely area short walk to the airport, and a near shop, bars and a frequent boat service to Dubrovnik, All staff were welcoming.

We had an amazing stay at this place on our road trip, with a great location near the town and a nearby shop, as well as a welcoming staff and host.

We absolutely loved our stay! The view of the bay was breathtaking, and having a private pool right in front of the building was a fantastic perk. The rooftop with its table, sun loungers, and jacuzzi was the cherry on top. We also appreciated the quiet location, away from the traffic and crowds. Plus, the proximity to both beautiful wild beaches and public ones, just a short 5-minute walk away, was perfect for us.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. the hot tub was unfortunately out of order, which was a bit disappointing.

Good place to stay while exploring around here. The bedroom is quite nice 😊.

Petar, the neighbor, was amazing! The spacious apartment had a great view and all the amenities you'd need. The owners also have an incredible restaurant in downtown. Away from the hustle of Dubrovnik, it's the perfect place to stay. Petar was attentive, the apartment was clean, and the rooftop terrace and pool were fantastic. Easy access to private beaches made the location even better. Parking was free.

We had an amazing view from our apartment at Residence Alpha. The panoramic sea view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The modern touch and cleanliness of the apartment were top-notch. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop was a cool perk with stunning views over the area. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still within a convenient 20-minute walk to the town and beach. we had a great holiday break at Residence Alpha Apartments.
